Welcome to Ebonyster’s Safe Spaces. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling.
Ebonyster’s Safe Spaces provides residential and commercial cleaning services. Specific details about each service (scope, timing, and pricing) will be communicated during booking.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Large homes or extensive services may require a partial payment at the time of booking. This payment will be applied toward the final balance.
Payments may be made via Cash or online.
All payments are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new time.
Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation may result in a cancellation fee.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address missed areas or concerns at no additional charge.
This guarantee does not entitle customers to refunds.
The guarantee applies only to the originally scheduled service and does not cover new or additional cleaning requests.
You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the areas scheduled for cleaning. If our cleaners are unable to access your property at the scheduled time, the service may be canceled and fees may still apply.
We take pride in handling your home with care. However, Ebonyster’s Safe Spaces is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to your property or belongings.
Items that are not securely stored or properly put away.
Normal wear and tear resulting from cleaning.
Please remove valuables, fragile items, and clutter from the areas to be cleaned.
Notify us in advance of any special cleaning requirements, sensitive surfaces, or areas that should not be cleaned.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website, with the revised Effective Date at the top of the page.
